How am I doing?

I have to be honest. Not so good. I have had a few things going on in my business and at home and ran to the cupboard for support. This only lasts for 48 hours. However, I decided to read some of my articles and feel inspired to stick to the plan and move forward. I desperately want to get to my goal weight. I need to remind myself that I can do it.
